Ordered groceries for curbside pickup and had items marked “unavailable” that were clearly in stock inside the store. I verified this myself immediately after pickup. Staff was disengaged, offered no explanation beyond “inventory issues,” and showed no basic customer service (no greeting, no apology). I also indicated I was bringing my own bags, yet everything was unnecessarily bagged in plastic anyway. This location needs better training, accountability, and attention to detail. I do not recommend curbside pickup here. In fact, I don't recommend curbside at all!

Good luck trying to purchase anything that is behind a locked glass door. No way to call for assistance and not enough workers around the area to ask for help. Have had to deal with it in the make up aisle and hardware aisle. The store layout makes it hard to find certain items as well.

The location has recently been remodeled. More open space. Come and see the new inventory. Several items are on clearance to make room for the new items that are arriving. The staff was very helpful during my visit. I spoke with a manager to compliment the staff for the work that they're doing.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of most of the merchandise that the store stocks. If they don't have a item, you can ask a manager and they will try to get the item you're looking for through there purchase catalog. Great store to shop at. 🙂
