Not always stocked, have to check produce as some can be moldy or mushy. Staff is often hard to find or assist you. But great selection and variety, especially offering more Hispanic foods than other walmarts around. Quite busy. The lines can be wild. Locked up cosmetics so good luck getting those. 3 stars for variety! Missing 2 for everything else.

If there is an option I would rate negative. I bought a battery at this Walmart ( many people laugh when I say I bought a battery from Walmart) over couple months ago with 3 years warranty. This battery was bad and not holding the power. So I took it back to auto department on 3/28/26 around 5:30ish. A technician checked it and said it’s a bad battery. So, he said wait for the lady for replacement/exchange. The lady (don’t know the name but looks Hispanic) I guess in charge of auto department. I explained to her about bad battery and need to replace or exchange since still within warranty. That lady talked to customers like they’re nothing ( need customer training). Then she called a “coach” I don’t know the position. Another lady came don’t know the name but she looks black and short. I explained again about bad battery and has 3 years warranty. She was not sure how to do that and called couple times and asked how to do the transaction. Then she told me need to pay core charges $11 which I explained nicely that I brought back bad battery and has warranty I should not be paying and there is no policy to pay core charges which I brought bad battery. She said if you don’t pay you don’t get and walked away. I asked auto department lady, wanted to speak to a manager, then she said that the manager (she lies) again she said done and don’t get anything because I did not pay. They treated everyone with disrespect, no explanation of policy. I called Walmart customer support but said nothing can do. I ran into the brick wall. That’s why Walmart is notorious about bad shipping experience. That is why I mostly shop at the Target 🎯 good quality good customer service. I will not comeback 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered all 4 new tires online. Set an appointment. Didn’t have to wait to long. Got my tires installed and balanced. Also I’m a Walmart plus member so I have free road hazard and lifetime wheel balance. Got my tires on November of 2025. Fast forward till 2 weeks ago. I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it and rotated my tires. Great place for tires. If your a walk in and have no appointment try get there early. They are very busy.

My order is sent to the wrong store. They tell me I need to cancel the order, but they won't cancel it so it sits there in limbo. I call a second time. Without letting me know she just transferred me to another number which doesn't pick up. Completely rude. Then the order before that deliver to the wrong address, and asked that I should go talk to my neighbors about the package they missedelivered. If I wanted to chase around eight bags of a dirt, around my neighborhood, I would have just gone to the store and picked up the bags myself. That would have been nearly impossible thing that they don't have anybody outside, or in that part of the store to help anyone. This is one of the most useless big box chains ever created. I can see why they have three and a half Stars. It should be one or two stars at best.

After visiting multiple times, I’ve noticed the same issues over and over again 😕. The parking lot is often messy, with trash scattered around and shopping carts left in parking spaces 🚗🛒, which makes it frustrating to even find a spot. What’s surprising is that there’s a security vehicle regularly patrolling, so it’s clearly something management should be aware of 👀. The in-store experience isn’t much better either. At the electronics checkout, the employee seemed annoyed when I was ready to pay — lots of eye-rolling and no communication at all 🙄. During the transaction, they didn’t say a word and instead of handing me the receipt, just held it up above the printer for me to grab myself 😬. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and attention to cleanliness really takes away from the experience 👎.
