Well maintained store. The shelves were full with the products and neatly set up. The self checkout out lady and the asset protection person both peeked at my trash can for shoplifting. That’s weird. May due to thanksgiving holiday rush and the too much of shoplifting not sure. It was overcrowded.

I placed an order with the bakery here several weeks ago for 2 cakes. 1 for each twin, the morning I was supposed to pick up the order just over an hour before it should’ve been ready I received a text that my order was canceled. My husband called the store, they placed him on hold saying they were going to transfer him to the bakery. After half an hour on hold no one picked up the phone.

I am visiting here from Chicago area. This store is HUGE and has a great selection of merchandise. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Leads or managers were at the front lines directing customers to keep lines moving. The store is also very clean and tidy. The women's clothing selection is very extensive. Happy to see Terra & Sky and Time & Tru in stock. The stores in IL don't have as much in plus size women's.

I have been going to this Walmart for years. Generally I have always had a good experience. Today I met Mario who helped me by taking me to the area where the item I wanted was not simply pointing in the general direction. He even checked back with me when he saw me later to be sure I was finding everything I needed. Terrific employee. When I was checking out at self checkout, the young man servicing the counters was also great, despite having to deal with a disrespectful 'Karen', and despite her rudeness, he never lost a step and kept a pleasant and professional manner. Wish I had caught his name. Anyways. this store has always been there when I need something and the people are great. Thanks Mario!

Went in to the connection center to get help with my phone I bought at Walmart. When I went there the Gentleman was helping me. Even called the office to make sure what to do when he was baffled about the phone saying the was no some card when in fact there was one in the phone. When he got off the phone I thought we had it resolved. When another employee came over and said he was wrong in the way he was helping me and began to berate him in front of me and my partner. I would of given it one star if it wasn't for him been very friendly and helpful. It was Saturday around noon. 10/11/2025 Now I have a phone that doesn't work and it's past the time to return it. After this interacting I will no longer be going to this Walmart location. Went to Best Buy and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Also they helped me pick out a phone and set it up with no hassle. Will be going here from now on for all my electric needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
