zwervozak303 2 months agoThis Walmart has turned their stuff around!!! I absolutely love the improvements they are doing and they aren't done yet! There will be a actual deli in the middle, the bakery is expanding and there selection has increased and is organized massively! I'm blown away I wouldn't recognize this Walmart if I didn't know what it looked like before!! I definitely recommend this one they have absolutely every and anything you could ever need! Yeah a few items are locked up but they have two gentlemen who are constantly on duty to help those people who need to get products unlocked. The people here are absolutely amazing and kind, I go here now instead of King Soopers because Walmart stepped their game up and they carry things that King Soopers never has anymore, and Walmart has better prices/deals!!
Azamat Khonov 2 months agoPlease assign a competent manager who can properly oversee this place. People have been waiting for 30 minutes, and no one is working here. Please act professionally and replace the current manager of this location.
Andrew Woods (Andy) 6 months agoWhoever runs the produce department in this store needs to be seriously examined. There's often things on the shelf that are already half rotting. Came home today with a bag of mandarin oranges and one in the bag was complete mush. Shame on me for continuing to shop for produce here. Items that are shelf stable are fine, and they do stock some items that the other local Walmarts don't stock. It's small and less crowded, but that comes at a price when you go to check out and there's only self check with long lines. They need to invest in people to run the store without a skeleton crew. I don't blame the employees, seems like it's poorly managed.
Tkeya Alex 2 months agoI’m absolutely disgusted. We just had the most awful encounter with Jamie at this location. Not a surprise because everyone from from the rude man in the wheelchair that no matter how you greet him or how polite you are is just incredibly rude because he’s clearly very angry and that’s OK, but that needs to be kept at home not at work…, to their managers are all incredibly unprofessional, rude, and obviously don’t like their jobs. At this point, I’m just about done with Walmart. The employees act like they are not on the clock and they’re like children. They are argumentative, combative, very disrespectful, angry, over aggressive & most of them are also unattractive, I literally feel discriminated against every time I go to this Walmart. Jaime comes over & tells me that I only scanned one of a pack of 12 of something, I scroll through the screen, when I ask which one she tells me the pack of 12… I pointed out they are BOTH A PACK 12. She gets angry. DON’T BE MAD AT ME THAT YOU LACK COMMON SENSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A DECENT ATTITUDE. I go to Pay, keep in mind. I just found out I’m pregnant, I’m tired, I’m stressed out, and I was there to get necessities. The machine I was at did not take cash. The first thing I said to IT was I’m so sorry I didn’t even look. She aggressively comes very close to me, huffing, puffing, flaring her nostrils, rolling her eyes like a 12-year-old, and pressing the buttons on the screen rather hard. Then she says she’s transferring me to another machine. When we go to the other machine, it has a malfunction. Again, she comes over with probably less than 2 inches between us, huffing and puffing, which I’m not sure if it was due to her weight or if it was intentional so I would hear her breathing and flaring her nostrils that she was so annoyed that I picked a machine that didn’t take cash. It took two taps of a button. If she lifted her arm up a little bit more occasionally I have a feeling she might be a little happier with herself and then maybe treat customers like she’s happy. But I guess if I was making minimum wage and was basically just a cow with a number I probably wouldn’t be happy either, although I don’t think I’d let people know it while at work. So then she was upset that THEIR machine was malfunctioning. I said for a second time I Apologize I didn’t look to see if it took cash. My partner asks which machines do it or if it changes she says there’s a sign right there with a nasty attitude and walks away. She didn’t ask you about the sign that’s on the machine that we have now established isn’t currently taking cash. So also not informative. Not disrespect them. Then as we’re walking out, she’s talking about us to Security and another employee. Very professional. Shrugging her shoulders with her back roles, touching her neck like she’s confused. What are you confused about? Very unhygienic, and that’s also very bothersome considering we’re buying food that we put in our home there. Many of their employees lack hygiene completely. JAMIE YOU have bad customer service. YOU ARE rude. You make people uncomfortable. I have had nothing but problems with this location, including an employee, Virginia and one of her colleagues, reaching into a car to touch my best friend’s autistic granddaughter when she was holding a candle that had been scanned already. That is why Walmart has lost so much support. We literally just decided that we were not gonna go back in for an additional $40 bag of dog food that we need and a nearly $20 item. There went $60 Walmart. But we know that you don’t care. You care about the grand scheme of things and not your customers. And that’s why target will always be better and King Soopers. It’s called customer service.we would rather go pay more somewhere else to be treated like we’re appreciated where we spend money. They just lost about 10 to 12 immediate family members at shoppers. They lost the above mention friend in her entire families after the incident with the granddaughter. You guys aren’t doing good a 3.7 BEFORE my review. Step up mgmt CLEAN HOUSE.
Jennifer Jarmon a month agoWorst place to shop. Everything is locked and none of the employees have keys. You will stand around for a while for help and only self checkout which the line is always very long. Don’t even try it. No tap to pay. I’ll never ever come here again.
