A $3 Robitussin is under lock and key and then they have to transfer it to a lock and key box to take to checkout? My should be quick one item pickup required 10 minutes twice to unlock a thing. Planned to purchase other items but this process made me unable due to the time taken. Control security at the door maybe better? This process pushes away customers. Felt like being called a criminal just for shopping here.

Its been over 2month & they are still out of sliced bakery bread for online delivery. Most items they either is out of stock or they want to substitute it for something that is not even the same as what you originally ordered. now im thinking it's probably time to start shopping at King Soopers or another store that has all the items you have on your list. How does a large or one of the largest grocery stores run out of there bread. Especially when it's baked on location. Walmarts system allows you to put items in the cart that they don't have just so you have no other choice but to take the substitution then to find out later on it wasn't what you should have chosen. Then you're out of money paying for things that you really don't need as they substituted it. You hit the decline on the substitution and it's still ordered and delivered and your charged. And you don't need it so it gets thrown away Be careful online shoppers. Check your receipts!!!!! They've done this to me multiple times before. This is not the only Walmart. Almost every Walmart I've dealt with. Don't forget, double check your receipts and make sure you have what you ordered

When you randomly end up on Chambers and need a quick stop, it might be best to keep chugging away till you hit a proper grocery store. Walmart's Neighborhood Markets just feel like an experiment on what a Walmart looks like if it were starving. The place was riddled with empty shelves, dirty amd sticky floors, and even their deli wall is half booze now. Probably to take the edge off shopping at a Neighborhood Market. Avoid at all costs, we couldn't find anything to justify our visit.

We live 6 minutes away ROUND TRIP. This is NOT the amount of melting that should happen in less than 10 minutes. As someone who has worked grocery pick up before, seeing this brings into question how pick up orders are staged and if they are being kept at safe temperatures or not. Will be returning as it is the closest store, unfortunately . Also shout out to those working the pharmacy!! They always do their best and were able to get my medicine filled quickly even during a huge rush.

A mile long wait just to purchase $1 item 🤦🏾‍♀️ Guess I will have start ordering from Amazon since the prices are the same with next day delivery. Everything I needed was locked up and I had to wait for an associate each time because only selected associates have a key and they take item to one of the registers ‍. Well I had more shopping to do and guess what I forgot all my locked up items smh. And hopefully nobody fell in the puddle that I have shown in one of my pics
