Store is pretty general. Wal Mart always has best prices. Clerk in cosmetics was not rude but not very personable either.

We are visiting our grandchild in Denver and said we’d get him a Minecraft Lego set. We saw 2 we wanted that were on sale so drove to a store that said ‘available at this store’. One showed the same price in store as online. The other did not. Since all Legos are locked up in this store, someone who helped us unlock (who was a coach, formerly known as asst mgr) said to show cashier and they’d honor the price. Once up front, Haroom, a team manager said that price was only good if ordered online and picked up at store. He pointed out that in very small print, it did say if ordered online. So, technically he was absolutely correct. However we were already there and had finished our shopping, a good customer service store should have given us the few dollars off. I do not usually shop at Walmart and now I see why!! (After leaving, I noticed the other set we bought also said if ordered online, but had the same sale price in store). I can afford the small difference in price, but feel it was very poor customer service!!

Terrible place, cards only through self checkout when it’s open. 2-3 checkers only at all times, employees just lollygagging on the floor. There was an employee in toys walking around looking busy and talking with friends, lines backed up through the girls section and into the shoe department with an employee folding clothes watching the whole thing. Customers in 15 items or less with a whole cart. No sense of urgency. Security cards standing at the door checking receipts which means another line to wait in. 10 minutes of shopping for a 40 minute wait line just to checkout. The homeless asking for money outside the doors are icing on the cake. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Worst Walmart ever. People always make jokes about the people shopping at Walmart but the employees are more of a joke, where is management, why are we being stopped at the door just to make sure I’m not stealing , I feel like I’m being accused just because where I am. I’m sick of this store. I wouldn’t even go there but it’s convenient. I keep thinking maybe it’ll be different this time ….but nope. When will I learn. They say word-of-mouth is the most dangerous thing that’s out there when it comes to business and it is . I’ve been in management for a very long time and I’m going to make sure that I tell everybody and spread the word how bad this store is….it’s ridiculous.

I have to applaud the entire staff here at this location, Haroon, Daniel, Melissa, my guy, Patrick Everly, and everybody in the entire building. I was a little extra and just needed a lot of help today so I had to take my time out and give the entire staff and the ones I’ve nominated to be given a raise and a promotion. I really appreciate the little littlest things. Thanks again everyone and you too, Walmart I’m coming for a night job.

THE WOMENS BATHROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! Dirty used pads on the floor, toilet paper all over the floor, multiple stalls being locked with no one inside, multiple soap dispensers were completely empty. And to talk about the actual store itself, the floors were sticky and I saw multiple half empty drinks just sitting on shelves.
