I come in here often and always have a good experience. Associate Valerie at the money center is always professional pleasant, and helpful when I get money orders. The only reason that I'm giving four stars, instead of five, is because the individual bottles of sports drinks in aisle A 32 are so high up that it's almost impossible for a person of average height to reach them. Nine times out of ten there isn't an associate around to ask for assistance. Other than that, this store is clean, orderly, and we'll stocked.

Most of the employees I came into contact with at this walmart don't seem to be very happy. Sergio was the exception. He was kind and helpful. At the fitting room I ran into this pictured below. The "safety" tag was placed almost in the middle of the skirt, so I couldn't try it on. I asked the 2 employees who were near the fitting rooms if they could take it off just while I tried it on, and they said they didn't have the "alpha" key. To go up to the front of the store for help. Gal in front said to go to fitting room for help haha I proceeded to tell her they sent me up here. She took me back to fitting room took the tag off, but didn't have a key to let me into the fitting room ha! I spent a lot of time trying clothes on but more time waiting. "Ring the bell for service" forgetta bout it. Hahaha however, again Sergio was the 5th person to help and he was great. 5th time a charm! 😄 thank you Sergio!

Password address and phone number changes are difficult to accomplish by system and phone services. Oh, your person female is not friendly in the home good department. I ask for help locating items and some were on the top shelf. I couldn't reach them and was told they weren't going to go through the shelf. That is too much work. Told me just know that they were the worker who is helping me and I am the customer. Then when she decided to start looking through finding some of the products on the shelf were on the wrong side. Didn't want to look through the handheld zebra to fine out if any was in stock or back stock or coming in to be delivered. Wow, Rude, and distasteful bully worker!

If youre gonna have every other item locked in a case you need enough employees to be able to unlock the cases. after 20 minutes of finding employees and being passed around because "you need someone from this other department" I gave up. Just needed a backpack but I guess its too hard for walmart employees to do their jobs

Go to Target!!!! Worst team leads ever!!! Adam is not worthy to lead this store and a coach named Edwin who is a vet is just as bad. I am disabled with a severe brain injury and Tuesday Dec. 16th 2025 I was asking for help after dropping my daughter off at school. I couldn't find any help in the girls clothes area that spoke English. I go to the front and asked a different team lead for help who ignored me. Then Adam and Edwin show up. I have clothes to buy in my hands I found to buy my daughter for Christmas. I talked with these two about the situation and they are justifying no one speaking English. After a cordial exchange of opinions, they just told me to leave!!!! What?? I set down my stuff and they followed me out. No excuse as to why I had to leave, they didn't trespass me and didn't say if I could come back?? I'm so confused about this store. One more team lead with what looks like a mo hawk had made a rude comment that I was a problem. They hire mostly a lot of Spanish speaking employees but obviously if we are in America and I don't speak Spanish, they are not willing to help get someone who does. You could see how this could be a problem. Walmart policy says they are required to get someone to help assist you. I shouldn't have to walk all around the store to be harassed and mistreated by the people who are really supposed to help . Management!!! Where was the store manager??? I know about them Adam. He acts like it's his store!!! Go look at all the register employees and how they just gossip standing around and none of them are stepping up to help. Hey Edwin why did you fight for our rights?? To work at Walmart and kick free Americans out who are disabled?? Good job!!! It was a very upsetting experience. UDATE : Four months later and 20 plus calls to customer service, NOTHING!!!! Terrible corporate entitlement!!! One customer is ok to lose? The store seems less busy and ICE has been in there. What is going on there??? What is going on with Walmart corporate customer service and the disregard of legitimate complaints??? No response from anyone??? I'm so confused!!!!!
