My rear passenger side tire kept losing air and was flat 2 days in a row. I stopped by the auto center late on a Sunday night and they not only found me 4 new tires, they squeezed me in and got them changed just before they closed for the night! I can't thank Shiloh and Clever enough for their kindness, professionalism and incredible customer support. Y'all definitely made my night and ensured that I won't be stranded due to a blown tire. Thank you so much!

I wanted to buy two boxes of hair dye, but there were only two left on the shelf, and one of them was badly damaged. I asked if I could get the price reduced because I'm not paying full price for damaged packaging, and they refused, even though they do it all the time with any damaged product. I asked if they could check the back to see if there was another box, but they just refused. Never shopping at this Walmart again.

I love the staff here...but someone needs to be careful when using box cutters. I didn't see this til I got home from shopping and was a little irritated when I did.

Excellent customer service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Adequate auto repair techs. I had to return because after having new tires installed, tire balancing was not properly done. Also, upon returning to fix the balance issue. I saw a great deal.on a Supreme synthetic oil change for $57 and added that. Upon checking out i was charged an additional $10+ for the oil. What oil change price doesn't include the oil? Overall, the price ofvthe oil change was good. But, unfair disclosure of pricing has me reconsidering going back for additional services

We have ordered delivery for a family member several times. Not a single delivery person has spoken English. None. The translation services that the Walmart delivery people try to use are inadequate. The items our family member needed today were urgent for health reasons. They did not get the items. Two drivers today alone spoke no English and did not deliver the items. This has happened with other deliveries as well. It is unacceptable not to employ people who are fluent in English, given that government census data from 2020-2024 shows that nearly 87- 88% of Lakewood residents speak only English. This means that non-English-speaking drivers cannot properly communicate with many customers. Not only is this poor customer service, but hiring policies that put non-English-speaking employees in customer-facing roles set them up for failure. It is, therefore, completely unfair to that employee. My family member visited customer service in person, and the customer-facing representative in the store also spoke barely any English. While I realize it is important to have representatives who can speak to a variety of people, it seems this Walmart may be excluding English speakers from roles that would be better suited to someone bilingual, with fluent English as one of their languages. I attempted to call the store several times about our order but was never able to reach anyone, so I filed a complaint with the corporate Walmart office.
