I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience in NOVEMBER 2025 following an oil change service at this Walmart Auto Care Center. After my oil change, my vehicle began showing warning lights and shortly afterward became inoperable. I returned to the location and was informed there was an issue involving the oil cap. Not long after leaving, my vehicle began smoking heavily and ultimately broke down completely, requiring multiple tows and eventually being transported to BMW of Denver Downtown for diagnostics and repair evaluation. Since then as of MAY 6,2026, the process has been incredibly difficult and disruptive. I have spent months trying to navigate the claims process while my vehicle remained undrivable. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, and I have had to repeatedly follow up regarding updates, documentation, rental expenses, towing costs, and now ongoing BMW storage fees that continue to accumulate while the claim remains unresolved. This situation has caused major hardship for me and my family, including transportation issues, missed work, financial strain, and significant stress. I understand accidents and mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how a company responds afterward. Unfortunately, the overall handling of this situation has not reflected the level of accountability, urgency, or customer care I expected. I hope Walmart takes situations like this more seriously moving forward and improves both service quality and post-incident claim resolution for customers.

I was doing some spark the lines where close I had to go to the regular line…once I got there she went to open one spot for the spark line…she review all the stuff she were thinking I was taking more staff. Obviously I’m taking just the staff is on the order. After that the girl gave me a paper bag and told I’m good to go…. Once I got to the door the lady there rude like she want to see the staff again and took the bag and gave me other small paper bag saying the bag the girl gave me first is not the one… is just a damn paper bag no even difference.. I was trying to get other one and that lady said no…it feels weird but the way they work is bad… I been Walmart tower and Quebec big stores they really good ones no problem at all.. I was looking for some ice cream for the client and they don’t even have the flavor… absolutely not good at all.

Whether you are looking for specific cultural staples or just want to shop in an environment that feels expansive yet navigable, this location offers a unique experience that is well worth the visit.

The ladies at the Hot Deli section do a really good job with cooking good food and keeping it freshed with alot of different options. I was really impressed considering I usually go to King Soopers and get their chicken breast meal for 5 bucks. But, this Walmart has alot more options and the food is cooked well and kept fresh. A full chicken with mash potatoes and gravy with a side of Mac and cheese. You can't get that anywhere.

horrible place. too many employees doing nothing but socializing with each other. came in to get a couple of Rotisserie chickens and they were all BURNT, so bad you could smell them. I asked the lady who works where the chickens are cooked why they were burnt, she just started laughing…
