Mel the "Operation Manager" is completely incompetent and unprofessional. He can't be a leader when he can't communicate through a difficult situation. When no one is yelling, cursing, threatening, or degrading merely asking for consistent, professional service....he wants the customer to leave the store. Pure ridiculousness! The low level of service at this location is clearly indicative of how little Walmart as a company values its Atlanta customers. It also shows how little effort is put into serving a predominantly African -American shopping demographic. They don't have a printer to process returns, they are regularly out of money orders. It's all truly baffling. When you would never find these conditions in a suburban (predominantly Caucasian) area.

I understand that it’s in the hood and it’s close to the AU center, so it’s a little bit more busier than it probably can handle, but there is no reason that this Walmart should be offering PICK UP service, knowing that it is understaffed and customers would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your orders that you placed and already paid for on the app. Not to mention every manager that I have come into contact with that, I have asked why are y’all continuing to offer? This service has told me that they don’t know I would have to contact corporate. I’m a strong believer and it begins at the top. No one wants to work here because there’s poor leadership. The managers are very disrespectful and they do not care about their jobs. They’re just at work to receive their checks. I will never come back to this Walmart again for anything please do not waste your time.

Do NOT waste your time doing Walmart pickup at this location. I checked in and waited over an hour and still never received my groceries. No one ever came out, and calling the store was completely pointless because nobody answers the phone. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. What’s the point of scheduling a pickup time if customers are left sitting with no communication or help? I ended up leaving with nothing after wasting my time. Definitely won’t be using pickup here again.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located less than a half a mile from where I live. The produce is always fresh, the store is always impeccably clean and the store staff is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Great place to buy everything you need for daily shopping.

Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! Had to get assistance to get product from one of their locked cases. The call button was broken, one of the walk by employees said I needed to go to customer service. Went to customer service desk and she told me to press the call button. Needless to say I never got what I went there for and wasted 30minutes of my day.
