I visited the Walmart Supercenter on Research Drive, to purchase some beets. One look at the beets and my appetite for beets disappeared. The beets on sale were spoiled and looked terrible. Next I walked over to the eggplant section and found spoiled eggplants for sale. I came to the conclusion that the company does not stock their stores in predominantly Black communities with fresh produce and instead of throwing out spoil food they will stock it on shelves in Black neighborhoods. If Walmart will not stock fresh vegetables in Black communities, the people should let them continue to rot on the shelves.

Actually I was very surprised. We went in and got help pretty quickly. Didn't have to wait. Purchased my item and had a friendly experience. Both cashier and co-worker were polite and helpful.

Did a pick up. They stated they gave me my order but I wasnt there. A manage at customer service didnt want to help walked iff thats beyond rude she worked with the area that do returns. The lead from delivery came and helped took me 45 mins to deal with an order that was shopped wrong by their worker water and chips where open. The underwear I was given was the wrong ones and that was the big issue. The staff thats doing the shopping need to be properly substitute. It was a horrible experience and showed me I wasnt a valued customer. For the manager over returns didn't want to be bothered with it whoch caused me to have to wait 45 mins was totally unacceptable. Why have the job you want to pick and choose who you help. I wont go to this location again. Waste my time when they could have simply exchanged or refund. The staff doing the shopping get off your phones do your job.

Purchased moving boxes and they rang up for $2.96 and the customer service associate refused to make it right and give me the price the item is displayed as and also listed on the website as. She was rude and inconsiderate and not willing to make it right.

I arrive at this Walmart around 915. I was in desire need of a MacBook charger. I asked 3 associates and they couldn't help. I asked could I speak with a manager. I was directed to a manager and was told No, electronics is closed. The store closed in 30 minutes. I felt it was bad customer service. The store wasn't crowded and it wouldn't have took that long to unlock for a charger that I plan to pay for
