I got to the Walmart at about 8:45 PM. They close at 10 PM. At 9:00 I found an associate who said he had no key access to the printer I was trying to purchase for $125. He took me to a person who he referred to as the “new store manager”. The “new store manager” said he couldn’t sell the printer because electronics was closed for the night. He proceeded to ignore me so I told him I’ll take my money somewhere else. I understand they may be under staffed but management shouldn’t be anti-customer and “mentally understaffed” especially when the store is barely operational due to employee shortages. Every employee I encountered seemed like they were on a mission to not help customers.

If you require a receipt to be shown before yiu exit the store please put up signs like Sams. It is disappointing to come into the store and 95% of the personal hygiene items are in locked cases. It is more disappointing to purchase a regular item (not an electronics item) that you don't have bags for it's size and get stopped at the door. Asking if I have a receipt? I don't get paid by Walmart but I just scanned my items and bagged them. Walmart are you to big care? DO BETTER!

Money service agents are professional, knowledgeable and funny. I enjoyed my time as I waited in line to be next. I wasn't able to complete my transaction because my bank TRUIST, would not let go of my funds. Definitely would come back to this location.

Mgr. Mohamed My Concern Regarding Store Management and Fitting Room Access I am writing to express concern regarding my recent experience at your store and the lack of clear management and communication among staff. During my visit today, I spoke with three different managers, none of whom stated they were responsible for the fitting room area. I was also told that the fitting room keys had been lost. Initially, I believed this was a recent issue; however, staff later informed me the keys have been missing for quite some time. The fitting room door uses a basic lock that is commonly sold in-store and could easily be opened or replaced. I was surprised to hear staff state they were unable to open it and that they feared disciplinary action if they attempted to do so. This points to a lack of clear guidance and training. If the fitting rooms are intentionally closed due to theft concerns or staffing issues, it would be far more appropriate to clearly communicate that to customers rather than citing lost keys or an inability to open a simple lock. I observed multiple staff members available in the area, some on their phones, which added to the confusion. Additionally, three staff members were unable to provide the name of a single manager, stating only that there were “many managers.” This lack of basic leadership awareness is concerning. This experience reflects a need for improved management training, clearer accountability, and better communication with customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve store operations. Ruby Smith

They have all the things. Even Reese's Oreos!! Bose needs to fix their headphones they are nasty! Represent yourself better! Their headphones are bad at our Walmart too.
