By far the worst and disgusting attitude coming from a manager ever. If you don’t like your job, leave. You’re a manager/supervisor — you’re always on the clock. I stopped by this Walmart Supercenter at 2427 Gresham Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30316 on May 3rd at around 6:32 PM and purchased an A/C recharge spray and was charged for a item i didn't get. Ac recharge didnt work after leaving and trying to set it up in the parking lot. I then walked back in, only to be told that customer service was closed and that they couldn’t do anything. I then asked to talk to a manager and supervisor, which I was then sent to the customer service center (trying to get rid of me). When I walked into the customer service center, there were two young guys that you can see work in the automotive department, on their phones, not even paying attention to me asking them a question (customer service out the window with an attitude). Other than saying they would see if they could find the manager, they had an attitude, which is on camera. I then talked to a guy at self-checkout that helped me and pointed to the supervisor/manager sitting on the bench by checkout, which was the same person that told me to go to the customer service center to see a manager/supervisor. The first thing she said was, “I’m off the clock and can’t help you.” But you’re sitting in the store, in uniform, on your phone, displaying a stink face and raising your voice at a customer. She then looked away from me and said, “Well, I’m off the clock. Go to customer service and find a manager called Bri,” then ignored me. After I then told her, “Look, I have my wife and kids in the car, and I’m only trying to replace a defective A/C recharge spray so my kids won’t pass out since we had a long drive,” she then looked at me like I was stupid and said, “Well, I’m off the clock. Go to customer service and find the manager.” Her name is Bri. Part of your job as a supervisor, or whatever you are, is customer service, and on top of that, it was an emergency. You showed no care, urgency, or professionalism in a Walmart uniform and as a leader or human being. You are what customers complain about and the type of person that tarnishes the reputation of a business, and your leadership shows in the attitude your team presented to me, on their phones like you, and denied service to a customer, especially a customer with an emergency. Even my purchase was incorrect since the cashier made an error, which she didn’t care about. This is the item I purchased. As you can see, the A/C recharge bottle is defective — it’s showing pressure even when it’s not connected to a car. And you can see in the receipt the cashier added the cream removed it and then added it again. Additionally, the cashier scanned a Veet cooling cream, and we told her we did not want it. The item was not supposed to be included, but I was still charged for it as shown on the receipt. Walmart, do better. There are people out there that wish to be in her position that care and will make it show in your reviews. If your manager/supervisor is so worried about her time off, she can work the stock room so customers won’t have to deal with this type of treatment. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sending an email to Walmart corporate regarding this situation.

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this location that reflect broader issues with customer service and store management. First, when inquiring about a price match, staff immediately stated that the store does not price match without taking the time to verify the product or review the request. The interaction felt dismissive rather than customer-focused. Second, assistance with locked merchandise is consistently unavailable. On one occasion, I waited approximately 45 minutes for a key holder to arrive and unlock an item, but no one ever came to assist me. As a result, I left and purchased the product from a competitor. Waiting that long for basic assistance is unacceptable and creates a poor customer experience. Additionally, when returning an item, the employee at the service desk loudly stated, “I hate returning these items!” in front of customers. Regardless of the circumstances, comments like this are unprofessional and reflect poorly on the store. While I have occasionally had positive experiences with employees working on the sales floor, those individuals often appear overextended and are seemingly carrying the burden of customer service on their own. This location would benefit from improved employee training, stronger accountability, and more effective management oversight. Customers should not have to wait 45 minutes for assistance with a locked item. A reasonable response time would be 15 minutes or less. Experiences like these set the tone for how customers view the store, and without meaningful improvements, the overall customer experience is unlikely to improve.

This store has terrible protocols on checkout. The store was open mid morning with two checkout lines and all other lines for self-checkout. Mind you this New Year’s Eve so the store has a steady flow of customers. Both checkout lines closed and all customers were directed to self checkout. All this happening while there were associates sitting down in conversation. Additionally, I heard a customer in self checkout state to the associate that there weren’t any bags available for his grocery. I asked an associate if she could get management as this practice is unacceptable and heard the announcement over the intercom. After waiting, I left the store. This is very bad business. Please take pride in your work. Let’s stop half steppin.

Organizing my run business that’s been there for years. The staff is excellent. One of those tours I can go in and out of quickly that’s usually the way I’m doing things. I’m not big on spend a lot of time in those stores this place organized and get in and out excellent.
