This is one of the worst Walmart stores I have been in. I was visiting my GMA an I went to the Walmart I asked an associate could she check the price for me she flat out said NO and continued to do her price changes I’m like WTH I know this ain’t the customer service she is suppose to give. I took her picture because I couldn’t see her name I was just shocked that customer service isn’t what is performed at this location. I know not all associates are like this because I then went to the customer service an asked the young lady a question an she was very helpful I truly appreciated that I didn’t get her name but I wish I did.

Quick stop for some steak last night. When I went to check out i asked a young lady at the register if she was open. She responded “not really”. I assumed it was some kind of joke. So I asked is it the line I’m standing in. She said yes. After about 2 minutes of walking around the register area she screamed across the lanes that I’d be better off going to self check out. She never responded directly to my questions, no eye contact, and acted like I was bothering her by asking if she was open. A young lady with long braids, lighter skin. Just completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t expect much from them but this is out right ridiculous. Please do better with training these young ppl in basic customer service. I believe her name was Trisha or something of the sort. Absolutely terrible service.

TLDR: The money center was easy and quick to use. I would not come to this location for my normal shopping needs unless I didn’t have another choice. The lady at the customer service/money center desk is amazing, kind, and was very helpful in making sure my needs at the financial counter were met. She deserves a 5/5. As for the store in general, half of the store is inaccessible due to being locked behind glass doors and other devices. One of which was a toothbrush that I waited 10 mins for someone to come unlock for me. After unlocking it, the associate who helped me told me she had to take it to the self-check out. I handed her my toothpaste with it since I had more shopping to do. I finished my shopping and went to the self-checkout to be told that it’s closed. I then spent the next 10 minutes trying to find the associate who helped me, and she nor my toothbrush and toothpaste were anywhere to be found. In my frustration, I decided not to buy anything at this location at all and left my other items there.

Worst Walmart!!!! Employee's are always mad and don't let it be a Latino asking for help they will ignore you and roll their eyes!!! Ridiculous , I will never spend my money here!!!

Friendly, helpful employees and a clean store. I appreciate the unique food items, some from local producers. Just be ready for a bit of a wait in line.
