I order multiple times from Walmart delivery and always run into an issue of receiving product that's either expired or or about to expire. In this case, it was bananas that should have been thrown away.

4/19/26 - 7:50pm-7:55pm. Came to do a return and the lady in front of me didn’t have her receipt so the cashier told her “you don’t have your receipt then I can’t do nothing about it”. Knowing she could have offered her store credit if the young lady had her ID with her but the cashier didn’t even bother. Clearly that’s not good customer service. when it was my turn, she processed my return, asked me “cash, store credit or back to the card?” very rudely. I said I wanted cash back so she handed me my cash and said nothing else to me. Old black lady, slightly heavyset.

Sat around for almost 2 hours getting a phone setup. Then as I'm paying they say they are out of stock on that phone. I guess they didn't consider that they already had an employee unlock the case behind the encounter and grab that exact phone. I was physically looking at the phone they're telling me they don't have.

I like coming to this Walmart it has everything I need. Recently I have noticed at first they had Aunt Millie's sourdough English muffins so they stopped and just carried Thomas sourdough now it all stopped! Now I go to the refrigerator section to get bays sourdough. Did they stop making them?? Do you stop caring them?? Let me know.

I always wait more than 20 min to pick up an online order! Also, they can say you picked up an order when you didn’t to just keep it. I couldn’t even get a refund of my $100+ order because they marked it as picked up. Was truly pissed. I left after waiting for more than 30 minutes thinking I could just cancel the order or get refund. They just kept my groceries and money! Employees need to do better!! Unacceptable! Not shopping here anymore
