Household cleaning items and water. Self check out could have been better. The workers standing around talking, on their phones and not monitoring the lin, bagged up. They should be more attentive or on the register to move the lines more effectively. 🙄

I went into the store looking for the St. Louis spare ribs because there was none on the meat wall, an associate who said her name was Veronica was very kind and was willing to help I had a big order and she went to the back and brought out what I asked for with no hesitation. I’ve seen her here before and she always is working hard and always willing to help. I really do recommend this Walmart. .

The rating of one star may be generous for this establishment. The associates at this location have exhibited consistently rude behavior and appear to be frequently idle. Upon purchasing an item, I discovered upon returning home that the product was not included in the packaging. I promptly returned to the store on the same day. The customer service representative, Floor Leader Troy, questioned my actions, implying I should have inspected the package's weight. I find it unreasonable to be expected to open a product prior to purchase. The issue of theft is a concern, and perhaps increased productivity from staff would mitigate this problem. I contacted the store beforehand, and the representative advised me to return to customer service, which I did. I was taken aback by the unprofessional and rude demeanor of Floor Leader Troy. He needs to improve his customer service skills and conduct himself in a more professional manner. He explicitly stated that I would not receive a refund. I strongly recommend enhanced training for the leadership team. Floor Leader Troy's current attitude is not conducive to effective leadership. I respectfully suggest that he improve his conduct or seek alternative employment.

Great to shop and save but save your time and money when ordering a customized cake from the bakery. They did discount it, however when it comes to special occasions the main item that should be one of the best is the cake/cupcake cake. Got these for my gender reveal to announce baby’s gender and it did not go as planned. I paid for the cupcake cake up front so I had to go back & receive a refund only to be told they would have to refund my entire order (in which case it took time for the money to go back on the card I used) and I didn’t have any of my other cards on me to pay the $11 they were going to charge me. We all know how outdated Walmart is when it comes to Apple Pay so that was also not an option.

Terrible experience in the automotive shop. Not wearing safety glasses in the shop or steel toes. It was a delay to start on the vehicle as they was have issues opening the doors and staff not being on time. The staff is sagging their pants, there is no reason why I should be seeing your underwear while you are working in a shop really unprofessional. There was no plastic used to cover the steering wheel, driver seat and floor protection, so now the driver seat is dirty. I will not be coming back to this location.
