Beware with grocery delivery. Every time there are poor substitutions (ordered green onions and asparagus was the shopper’s suggested substitution, or three avocados for $0.54 each turned into a small bag of organic ones for $11.50.) Just got a fresh rosemary plant and it arrived dead. Now I have to go to another grocery store... Sometimes it’s ok. But when it’s not, it’s really frustrating.

This store is a disaster. Constantly missing items from store pickup grocery orders and quality of produce is typically disgusting. This time, in addition to missing 6 items, I also had the displeasure of receiving an obviously opened food item that was packaging taped shut and two days past the best buy date. Should have expected this experience as the store is always a mess, the parking lot is so tight it's an obstacle course, and the lines are typically 5+ people deep. For my latest experience I contacted support via chat on their website and was offered a refund for the missing and opened items but they don't have the ability to have the store contact me to share my experience, that's left up to me, hence the google review. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store, and go out of your way to go ANYWHERE else.

This is 3rd week they were out of stock hair color# 30. Every time we go the answer is what ever we have on the shelves is avaliable. All 3 time No one bother to look in the stock rooms.

Terrible job at keeping their safety guidelines updated. Went online to check Walmarts pet policy and said pets are allowed. Dogs welcomed. Drove all the way over here with my fur baby and as soon as I walked in was stopped and kicked out cus according to security and god knows who else this lady was pets are not allowed. Most funny part is that my sister came to this exact same store less than a week ago and was able to shop without my dog without an issue. She even got compliments on our dog. Clearly someone is not doing their job. Because the store policy says one thing online and staff members didn’t say a word nor there was an issue when my sister came and shopped with our dog. But as soon as I walk in with our fur baby I get kicked out. So, make it make sense. Is the policy lying?. Not updated. Or are u staff members lying and not doing their job. Which one is it?. Terribly upset. Never coming back here and if u have fur babies and plan on bringing them because their store policy says customers are allowed to bring pets in. DONT. UR GONNA GET KICKED OUT alongside with ur pet.

This is one of the worst Walmarts out there, from them chasing you out way before the doors are actually supposed to be closed, having employees unpack stuff and block lanes way before closing time and while customers are trying to shop, and to simply not providing good customer service overall. A customer is not important here since there will be plenty more. It seems that they have trained their employees to have confidence in being right, alongside an attitude, even when they are wrong but hey, they must be following someone's direction. For example, today a big sign under the onions, see photo, showed one price per lb. There was no other merchandise in sight on both sides. You simply take the item and go to the register expecting to pay this price. Well, it turns out that was not the price. I was told that since this is not the price, (as the price is the tiny sticker in the corner), I am to pay the actual price or leave the item in the store. The difference in price here was $1, by the way. To me, it's a matter of principle. They would not match the price regardless of this being considered false advertising. They, both the associate and the supposed manager, simply took the two onions away and told me that just because the sign is wrong, does not mean that they will sell me the item for that price. I mean who trained these people. ha ha Walmart needs to make more money at expense of customer satisfaction and regardless of breaking laws??! Does my time shopping simply not count while their signs are wrong ? Am I supposed to fix them too?
