I kindly asked for help at the self check 06:09/26 @4:50pm), two employees were talking and one of them said straight up NO. I don’t normally ask for help but I was having issues scanning an item. The employee with the orange shirt walked away and the other one with the red shirt ignored me. I am deeply disappointed with their customer service, it made me feel wrong for asking for help. I work in retail too but I would never treat a customer like that, my job upholds me to the highest standards. To be treated that way is unacceptable. I understand that employee works in a different department (market fresh area) but he still should’ve went out of his way to find someone that is capable of helping me in the self check out area. I tried to call the store to speak to a manager because it was extremely disrespectful and I was also with my parents they were shocked themselves with that behavior. It’s disappointing that I can’t reach out to a manager to put in a formal complaint. Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable coming to this location anymore. The other employee at the self check out (yellow shirt) apologized on his behalf and helped me but I still think I shouldn’t have been treated that way. I hope Walmart can discipline the other two employees that ignored my request for help.

Good luck trying to purchase items that have locked access like paint. There are never available associates that have the key. This is at 3:45pm.

The store itself was fine, but the experiwncr after checkout was frustrating. I selected the digital receipt option, but shortly after leaving the register, I was stopped by an employee for not having a physical receipt. I was then taken to the asset protection/security office, where another staff member approached with a tone that felt dismissive and offered little in terms of solutions. I was told I could not leave the store without a paper receipt. During the interaction, I was also asked if I was from out of town, followed by the comment “I can tell,” which wasn't relevant or helpful in resolving the situation. I spent about 15 extra minutes literally walking back and forth following them around the store... Even after showing my recent transaction on my card. Eventually, a supervisor stepped in and provided a solution, and only then was I allowed to leave without a paper receipt. It’s frustrating that digital receipts are offered at checkout, yet staff do not seem prepared to handle situations where a physical receipt isn’t available. A bigger concern is why the digital receipt wasn’t sent immediately after checkout. I usually have positive experiences and enjoy shopping here, but this was disappointing. Staff could benefit from clearer guidance and better problem-solving approaches in situations like this.

Do any employees speak English at this store. Needed a Money gram. Guy couldnt spell, understand or speak English. Wore a mask which didnt help...couldn't figure out the transaction. Left, went to another WalMart, they got it done in under 5 minutes.
