Terrible customer assistance (for the record this is my 3rd negative experience with this Walmart), I asked 2 associates for assistance they both told me they would call someone they don’t work in sporting goods (not their department), I clicked the Blue light for assistance aisle 28 no one ever showed up, I figured I would ask the 3 employees talking in hardware a couple aisle over for assistance and got a hesitant sarcastic what do I need at that point I said I need a supervisor or better a manager. I stopped Matilda and a lead who were passing by and explained the lack of customer assistance and wanting to purchase items stocked in lower price, I was told they have no control it’s the customers doing and I explained that’s not true, it’s called training in customer assistance and stocking, a customer is not going to wrongly stock full units of product in the wrong location. End of story I put back the items I was going to buy after both Matilda and the lead told me I was right. I did not purchase anything and told them both I was going to make a Google review post on their lack of customer service & training. I had 2 rolls of braid in my hand.

They never help anyone. I went to get an item that was displayed in the showcase and waited 45 minutes, but no one ever came to assist me. I asked for help several times and was completely ignored.

I can get everything from snacks to dorm essentials without spending too much. The self-checkout is fast, and the store is usually well-stocked. It’s super convenient to have one nearby.

I absolutely love this store! It's a one stop shop for everything and anything. This location is always well stocked. And with great prices, availability and quality of whatever I need! Amazing customer service and complete satisfaction as well. I will always be a Walmart shopper!! Thank You!
