Tried Walmart’s curbside pickup today for the first and last time. I wish I had read these reviews before I’d placed my order - buyer beware. They were unable to fulfill my order on time (I ordered around 4 hours ahead of my pick up window), but I was flexible and changed pickup to the next morning instead. When I got the alert in the app that my order was ready to be picked up, I headed to the store and checked in on the app. Waited 30 minutes (!), nada. Called the number on the sign. No answer. People in the surrounding curbside pickup up spots were clearly not using the curbside pickup process - people were just using them as regular parking spots, which I found confusing. A few people who pulled up after me got their items brought out before mine - also confusing. I thought the point of curbside pickup was for your order to be ready at a certain time (within reason, 5-10 minutes). I finally got my order brought to my car about 40 minutes after I’d checked in. I will say, the young guy who delivered was very nice. But then I got home to discover that they’d forgotten almost a third of my items! I was very frustrated. And I will not be using WalMart again! The $ saved was negligible. Target has much better customer experience and a smoother pickup process. Trust me - go there instead.

This girl seriously has zero clue how to talk to customers. The absolute worst place for her to be is in customer service. She’s out here getting all aggressive with people, and her attitude with me was straight-up trash. Istg because of her, I'm never setting foot in Walmart again

Not the best Walmart experience. An employee was less than accommodating when I asked to use the self-check out area and she told me only Walmart members can use the self-check registers. This was news to me, a Walmart membership, and my Sam's club membership didn't count. I won't be back.

At the time I went on Jan. 19th. I found exactly what | needed for my daughter school project on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once I was done, walk out of the aisle number 27 register was open. I was able to check out quickly. I was surprised at all the registers that were open. Most are normally closed with an extremely long line. 318 / 1000

The customer service is trash here like oh my God we is in 2030 you can't get one person to show you where is the lower price for Ajax and you dang near on your way out too never can get not one person on the phone imagine if you was dying in need of a job and you already put in the application they are not going to call you or pick up if you call and if you're looking for a special product they'll be damned to pick up the phone for you because they're on their phone. Please let's go back to hiring elderly people and folks that look like they have sense
