I was hoping for a better experience with my return early this morning. I came into the store yesterday on Saturday. I went to return 1 item and no one was there. I stood there waiting and hoping someone would see me. I decided to go over to the register on the other side and ask for help. A nice lady saw the woman who should have been at customer service walking by on her personal phone. She told her that I need help. The woman looked at me very mean and told me she had been at customer service and I walked away. I told her very nicely that I'm sorry but I didn't see her if she was there. She actually was not there. She lied. As I was walking back to customer service she too was walking and had her head turned staring me down with a nasty look on her face. She would not look away and kept her nasty tone with me. I honestly was shocked. I proceeded to give her my 1 item and tried to show her my receipt. She abruptly snapped at me and said "What are we supposed to be doing here". I explained I am returning the item and showed her my phone with the receipt on it. She took my phone and abruptly said u should have scrolled down so she could see it. She did the return still telling me that she was there and I should not have walked away. She handed me my receipt a d did not say thank you but still had the nasty stare on her face towards me. She is short with glasses and head covering. I think her nationality is from India. I think her name might be Nusarat or Fredric but not sure. She also stays on her phone. This is not the first time a worker has been rude but I can say without a doubt this one should Not be representing Walmart. She does not need to be working with the public. I will not be returning to this location. I will be contacting Coporate.

This four-star review is based only on the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is excellent, incredibly customer oriented. The pharmacist I spoke to, I believe was probably originally from India, if I guessed his accent correctly. He was extremely professional and helpful in resolving a complex insurance issue, big thumbs up for him. The store is one of the smaller ones, so lacking in fresh produce, just an FYI.

I had such a great experience thanks to Shea Shea in the self-checkout area. From the moment I walked up, they were incredibly upbeat, vocal, and genuinely engaged with everyone around. They made sure guests knew exactly which lanes were open, kept things moving smoothly, and did it all with a positive attitude that honestly made the whole checkout experience feel easy and welcoming. What stood out the most was the level of respect Shea Shea showed to every single guest, no matter who they were. That kind of consistency and professionalism is rare and deserves to be recognized. In contrast, the experience at the customer service center was the complete opposite. The manager there could really take notes from Shea Shea. It might actually benefit everyone if roles were swapped for a day because the way Shea Shea treats people is exactly how leadership should look. Respect, fairness, and kindness shouldn’t depend on anything, not color, not gender, not anything. Shea Shea is the kind of employee who elevates the entire store experience and represents what true customer service should be. If you like this review, comment and like.

In the last couple of years I came here about 5 or 6 times with a return and it’s always been the same. No one in customer service. You wait and wait, some store workers come and pass by you ignoring you. You keep begging for anyone to come and help you with your return. It’s a repeated issue and most definitely the store manager knows about it. Today I made a final decision to never set foot in this store again. Luckily there are other branches with better management.

Monday evening was Horrific! They said they didnt have anyone running the store. I waited at the customer service desk and never got acknowledged. Supposedly the ONLY person hat could help me return a battery was on lunch. Young man just stood there on his phone. I heard a black female say she wasn't gonna help me and then LIED and said I was making threats, they wouldn't say who i threatened, the Cop (it was 3 of them) told me to just leave the store. The walk around or stand around big guy also LIED on me. I asked them to trespass me but they didnt but I had to leave the store. How does that make any sense. Walmart continously hire horrible people with bad people skills. I HATE this company, they dont speak but watch you like a hawk. I will try and return that battery again sinve i am NOT trespassed but I will try my BEST and drive right past that store. I wish I could give a ZERO!
