I order pickup regularly, and it's usually fine, but today was wild. I pickup, drive home, put away my groceries, and I find that half of my container of tomatoes are moldy, the seal on my kimchi was broken and in a bag with a box of fettuccine, (the box was soaked and opened and my fettuccine is now on a paper towel, drying in the fridge) my container of mushrooms had a hole in it and fell mostly into the bag, (a bag full of other products that people have touched. Germs. Ew.) I tried getting a refund on the app, which used to be easy, and it won't let me. I tried calling the store and no one picked up. I get it, it's a Friday night. I'm mainly upset about the tomatoes because if the shopper took a single second to look at them, the mold is obvious. Again, half of them are moldy. Buyer beware.

Let me just say I ordered the cupcake bouquet from this location and I am soooo happy! I wish I would’ve taken pictures of this beauty! The cake was for my cousin and she absolutely loved it. The manager here in that department is Angel! He was nothing short of amazing! The price point on this cake was very affordable and just an all-around beautiful product! Walmart stayed in touch with me from beginning to end regarding timelines and expectations. I would 100% recommend purchasing baked goods from this location! Thank you so much Angel, you are truly an angel! I appreciate you! Thank you for a positive experience.

Purchased an item online and went to return it , unopened . The customer service associate refused to give me a refund to my original payment method . She said i could only receive a Walmart account store credit . I knew this was not true because it said online i would receive a full refund . Idk what was up this with , but she refused to help me further unless i accepted the wal mart store credit , which i did not . I spoke to customer service online and they confirmed this is not true at all and that i will receive my refund. Now i have to lug this heavy item to another store once again . Hopefully one with a customer service department that understands their stores policies

I had my car serviced with an oil change at the New Hope Commons Walmart, in the past month. Initially, I was appreciative of the kind interaction I had with staff, believing that it was an indication of a high level of service. Upon leaving, I realized that the oil type/brand that i specified at the time of purchase did not match the label/sticker in my window. Not a huge deal. I chalked it up to human error and kept moving. A week or two later, I noticed that my wiper fluid was kinda low, unusual following car service where basic fluids are generally topped up. Well, today I went under the hood to top up my wiper fluid and realized that the break fluid was bone dry. I don't think they "topped up" any fluids during the service appointment, nor did they call my attention that any fluids were needed. I called today, wanting to understand what happened in my service experience and got passed around 7-8 differential times with no answer from the auto department, customer service or store operator. What kind of auto service is this?! How dissapointing!

I had an appointment at seven now is 7:15 the tire shop is still closed at Walmart Why they have to give me an appointment when they are not even open
