Absolutely terrible customer service experience with Toya or Latoya “couldn’t even understand her” at the customer service center. I went in multiple times just trying to get a simple money order, and every single time I was told they were “closed.” First at 9:30 AM, then again at 1:50 PM because it was supposedly “lunch.” At that point, it honestly just felt like an excuse to avoid helping customers. What made it worse was her attitude. Instead of being helpful or even remotely understanding, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for assistance. This is especially frustrating considering she is the manager, you would expect a higher level of professionalism and customer care. I also left feeling uncomfortable and honestly discriminated against based on how I was treated compared to how others were being handled. Whether intentional or not, that’s not acceptable and should be taken seriously. It would have taken very little effort to assist me or at least communicate properly, but instead I was met with poor service and unnecessary attitude. Definitely not the kind of experience anyone should expect, especially from someone in a leadership role. This needs to be handled If you like this review, comment and like.

Do you love standing in a line that wraps around the entire front entrance of a building? Do you love holding two items for more than three times the amount of time it took you to walk in, locate, and take them off the shelves? Do you live for the thrill of self checkout? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then boy do I have news for you. This Walmart, like most Walmarts I've been to, has exactly ONE checkout line that isn't self checkout. Building full of employees, but just one cashier to ring people up. How great is that?! Not a people person? Don't worry, there's SIX whole self checkout registers in the whole building! That's right! One whole bank of self checkout registers, all on the grocery side of the store! If you love waiting in line for long periods of time, this is the place for you! Who needs Disney world lines when you can have the same experience right here in your own back yard!

My wife ordered me a new Blackstone for Christmas on Black Friday. When I opened the Blackstone yesterday the griddle was completed rusted. The hood was missing as well. The experience with corporate has been terrible. We are trying to simply just do an exchange for an undamaged and all the parts to be included. Corporate said to bring it to the store we took it to the store. Associate says “ I told them not to put that one on the floor”. So because they didn’t have any in stock they wouldn’t order us one they would only do a return.

Everyone here are so wonderful. Mr Siri Yonda Yuranda Klelma Shane Myrtle and all the cashiers all the people in customer care.Its kept clean. You can find everything you need and even it's not their area they still help you find what you need.This by far is our favorite Walmart.The man pushing the carts he was very friendly. .We live 5 minutes from another Walmart but we prefer this one Thank you Walmart staff great crew and happy new year.

I had an outstanding experience at the Glennwood Wallmart pickup area at the 9th section. The two pickup specialists were somehow able to bring my 30 bags mulch to the furthest location and load the all 30 bags in 5 minutes.This had to be a Walmat pickup record!
