Purchased a market side fruit blend tray that expired the next day, but it already had a molded strawberry. They should date these better idk. I’m freaking out lol. Be careful.

The self checkout is generally fast if you’re paying attention. I get nice items for good prices, I have multiple friends that I see every time I go bc I work close by and I see hundreds of people everyday. Wal mart is my place, I feel comfortable going there and safe, I’m just two minutes down the road so going there is fast and always easy if you know how to drive in Raleigh traffic. I give the customer service desk 5 stars outta 5, they always take my items if I have a return n they never make me feel uncomfortable or like a criminal or anything weird, probably bc they know me and I’ve become an honest shopper and I’m not all about trying to scam like a lot of new Bern ave people are bc there are a lot of shoplifting people on new Bern just saying and the employees always are helpful and very nice. I always recommend this location bc of overall it’s clean, and organized.

Easy access and employees willing to help though on shopping service. A man asked me for help then one of personal shoppers and he jumped in to help offering an array of product man was asking about. Saw other personal shoppers doing the same. Its how it should be but see this in other walmarts. Thank you! That's customer service!

My family member was there tonight and needed to try on work pants. He was told by an older African American woman with a ponytail who seemed to be working in the the girls section that the fitting rooms closed at 7pm EVERY DAY. It was approximately 9:00-9:30 pm. As he was walking through the store, he was told by numerous employees the same thing. The signage states that the establishment closes at 11 pm. It is very much inconveniencing to customers and patrons who are spending their hard earned money and have priorities that and they are treated as such. I also called the store 3x and the line was not answered on either attempt. This is ridiculous. I will be reviewing you all on pissed consumer and social media to let everyone know that they should avoid your store. Additionally, he also picked up an item that was market for rollback on your site. But not properly marked. Maybe pay attention to marking correctly, instead of closing parts of the store and inconveniencing paying customers. Do better. You already have only 3 stars. That tells me everything i need to know. Be blessed & Happy Holidays
