I am now driving past three other Walmarts to shop at the Walmart near Poyner Place. The store is very clean but more importantly the shelves are completely filled in all departments. The cashiers were friendly and the aisle workers were kind enough to help me find a box of freezer pops! The bakery has the freshest treats and wide variety of things to choose from. The fresh meat section had good selection and in the right quantities.

I typically love to shop here ; they have great selection of items. Only reason lost a star is because customer service is a bit rude with returns. An older lady works there that is super rude and mean when you try to talk to her . Aside from that overall lovely experiences there. Love another employee- rosemary- super kind and love seeing her when shopping!

They WILL NOT answer the phone. I called 10 times trying to get someone on the phone. On the third call they took to answering the phone and then immediately hanging it up. When I went to the store front end manager Melvin let me know that “any and all employees are expected to answer the phones”. Seems strange that out of the 50+ employees you have working at 5p on a weekday not a single one can answer the phone except to hang it up. Melvin was not eager to remedy the situation or even apologize and simply stated “wow”. I still had to wait in a line with 7-10 other people at guest services, just to see someone who could accept my complaint, because there was only one employee working the front

Ordered online delivery, was not on store. I decided to try ordering body lotion from Walmart online instead of Amazon because the price was lower. I ordered three bottles, and they were scheduled for next-day delivery. The package arrived addressed to me, but the contents were completely wrong. Instead of body lotion, it contained a very small space heater. I contacted online support, and they told me they would resend the three lotions and that I did not need to return the space heater. The next day, however, I received an email stating that my request for a refund or replacement had been denied. I called Walmart support and spoke with an AI agent, which told me a replacement order would be sent. Shortly after that, I received another email saying my request had been denied. I called support again and asked to speak with a real person. Eventually, I reached someone who said that sometimes the backend team does not communicate well with customer service. I was instructed to send an email to Walmart support with my order number, state that I am human, and then request a refund or replacement again. I followed those instructions, and once again my request was denied. I called customer support yet again and spoke with a representative. I asked to speak with a manager. After being on hold, I was told the manager was on another call but that a refund request had been submitted and I should receive an email confirmation. I still requested that the manager call me back, and they took my number. The next day, I received yet another email stating my refund request was denied. The manager never called me back. At this point, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Lesson learned: I will not buy from Walmart online again. Even if Amazon’s prices are slightly higher, their delivery reliability and customer service are far better in my experience.

Had multiple issues in the self checkout lane. However, Akila was super sweet and very compassionate. I tend not to rave on Walmart customer service, but she was amazing!
