Pharmacy was great. Then I waited 3 minutes at the back after touching the button for help to get an item from behind glass doors. I finally left. Also, only 1 "human run" register was open. So I had to do my own scanning and bagging. For someone with osteoarthritis in both wrists and fingers, this is hard for me.

I just finished a heartfelt and honest review of my experience shopping at our local Walmart marketplace on the eve of what would be a great snowstorm that was to keep us snowbound for the next week. I combined it with a comparison of some of the positive aspects of Online shopping with Walmart+. Overall, it was a positive experience doing this review. I found the only thing lacking was the ability to include a picture which might have taken the place of 1000 words. So instead of posting a charming representation of a consistently, outgoing, personable associate, I’m giving a shout out to a young man I know only as “Smokey” who let me document his shining moment of great customer service!

Associates Paul and Gage did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond in customer service. My only complaints are 1) the store did not have my bread in stock and 2) the main lines are closed (I don't want to ever check myself out). Overall, workers were great.

I feel as if I'm wasting my digital currency when I allow associates to pick my fruit. The worst looking products arrive at my door that should have been discarded by the store. Other times items don't arrive, and if the product is not in-stock, then I should receive a notification if that was the issue. WhenI call the store to inquire about the issue, the do not accept any accountability. Instead blame always gets past to the driver, or redirected to 1800walmart. 1800 Walmart is always helpful and polite in resolving issues. Thank you.

I used to live near Bentonville, AR, so I know what Walmart is supposed to look and function like. This location is a travesty. Management should be fired, and the location should be bulldozed. Just start over. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD issues and the amount of noise that goes on during their supposed quiet hours is a deliberate and intentional affront to those who need to have quiet.
