There was a middle aged lady there at the auto department given the best of herself to check in customers. The BEST Then the lead was the worst. Could barely speak proper English and had a 10 year pin. I had to speak Spanish to be able to understand him. He cared less about helping customers. When finished he hands me the keys to my car as if saying , we got your money now get out of here. The whole time he was looking at another staff. Never looked at me.. I quit using this automotive department in BA. Years ago because of poor quality. Decided to give him a try. And now I decided no more.. I'm going elsewhere

I do usually enjoy this Walmart. However, today I was followed around by a man whom seemed to be moving with a purpose until I realized that purpose was me. He followed me into about 3-4 different department areas.. one being women’s cloths, he wasn’t shopping, he had nothing in his hands, no basket no nothing jus making sure I seen him I guess, I don’t know. But it was uncomfortable, so uncomfortable.. I just left. I spends hundreds of dollars a week in there, I’m not sure if it was just weird man or a floor walker just watching me. But it wasn’t ok either way.

The pickup service here is terrible. They frequently miss items in pickup orders, and you often don't discover the problem until you get home. At that point, the only solution they offer is a refund. That defeats the purpose of using pickup in the first place, since the convenience is supposed to save you a trip to the store. Instead, you end up having to go back anyway to get the missing items. Overall, the pickup process has been frustrating and unreliable.

The workers seem stressed. To many working the shop & deliver. Just putting in their time. They always have their headphones on and can't be bothered to help a shopper find things.

This Walmart is surprisingly organized and clean, which already earns it bonus points. I’ve been here several times, and I can confidently say it is never not busy — the parking lot is always packed, which must mean people keep coming back for a reason. Despite the constant crowd, the store stays well-maintained and easy to navigate. Busy, yes. Chaotic, no. A solid, reliable Walmart experience with good vibes and full shelves!
