I visit this place all the time whenever I'm bored or need simple shopping done. It's always very quiet and tranquil. It's a nice place even to just walk around when you're not shopping. Prices are always fair and the staff and employees are always kind. There is the occasion I'll find random trash and such throughout, but it's not enough to complain about.

1 star. On May 31, 2026, at approximately 3:25–3:30 PM, I was involved in a serious incident that began inside the Subway area of this Walmart. The situation started when I picked up two cups at Subway and asked the employee how much it would cost to use them for ice. I was informed that the cups I had selected were not intended for ice and that if I used regular cups, I would need to pay approximately $1.49 plus tax. At that point, I told him it was fine and that I would not use them. Because I had already handled the cups, I chose to discard them rather than return them to avoid them being reused by customers. After that, the employee became increasingly agitated, raising his voice and referencing that cameras and a supervisor would be reviewing the situation. At that point, I decided to pay for the cups instead and took money out of my purse. While I had the money in my hand and was attempting to resolve the situation, the employee continued yelling and was not focused on accepting payment. Two other customers were actively waiting while their sandwiches were being prepared, and the employee stepped away from their service to continue escalating the situation over the cups. I informed him that I was willing to pay but that he needed to lower his voice and stop being aggressive. Instead of de-escalating, the situation escalated further. A front-door employee was brought over and stated words to the effect of “let’s just forget this even happened.” I then began to leave the area. As I attempted to exit the situation, the employee followed me through the store. The confrontation escalated from Subway/self-checkout areas into other sections of the store. At one point, I was forced to step in front of my children due to how close and aggressive he was getting. During this escalation, physical contact occurred and my 6-year-old daughter was struck in the process. The incident continued until I called police from inside the store at approximately 3:36 PM. Officers arrived around 4:10 PM and a report was filed (#2026-025760). The incident occurred in view of multiple customers and staff. Surveillance footage and witness statements are expected to reflect the full sequence of events. Management later attempted to de-escalate the situation by stating they would personally pay for the cups involved in the original disagreement, despite the escalation that had already occurred. I am requesting a full review of surveillance footage, witness statements, management response, and employee conduct from start to finish.

What can I say, other than I shop here at least once a week. It’s usually a decent shopping experience, however it can get crowded around the grocery section. The employee shoppers have almost ran me over a few times but they probably have a quota to hit so running into customers is probably encouraged.

Kory from the deli was extremely helpful! He helped find our missing cupcakes that were ordered and decorated them on the spot. They turned out extremely cute! Big thank you to Kory for his customer service!
