Just left the newly remodeled Walmart Supercenter and honestly this might be the best Walmart in Tulsa right now. The remodel looks amazing, the store was super clean, organized, and the overall shopping experience felt completely different in a good way. Every employee I came across was helpful and professional, but I especially want to shout out one of the store managers, Joy. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming the entire time. Her energy honestly made the experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and the atmosphere of the store. Big respect to the staff and the head store manager as well because the teamwork and customer service definitely stood out. Y’all are doing something right over there. Hands down one of the best Walmart experiences I’ve had in Tulsa.

Cheryl at Customer Service was so very kind and extremely helpful. I'd never loaded cash to my bank account before. Always use direct deposit. She walked me through step by step and made it so very easy! I am grateful for her attentive and efficient service!

No cashiers ever!!!! Self-checkout have issues with scanning and accurate pricing. I don't know if it's budget issue with this store or corporate is telling them to have zero or one cashier at a huge neighborhood walmart, like this one at 81st Sheridan. Absolutely no class, and we will be going somewhere else.

Terrible store. Use any other. They might as well close that one because no one wants to work. I went in today, and usually, I don't need help with anything, but today I did. The lady working in cosmetics sent me on a chase to press a button. Even though she was in cosmetics, she claimed she didn't have a key but felt like it wasn't her job to help me. She looked irritated and annoyed, asking me if the item was locked. I wanted to say "Ma'am, yes, that is the only reason I'm talking to you". I tried calling to speak to a manager, and you can guess it, they put me on hold and not a Casper came to the phone. No one ever came to the phone; the store is not functional.

Always easy in and out. They DO NEED to bring in many more smaller shopping baskets as many of us do not buy a large amount of groceries on every trip to the store.
