I placed a online order and even pay for a membership at Walmart and Sam’s Club I have clear delivery instructions to leave the delivery at the front door so that my ring camera can see, well my orders usually are fine but these last to delivery’s were stolen the proof of delivery picture doesn’t even match my white front door it’s a brown door and the box is a tiny box not the size of a gaming chair for my sons birthday, it took me hours to talk to a live person to bypass AI and then the next delivery is also a different door in the middle of no where again my front door is white so I called again and after 32mins on the phone the agent tells me they were hacked and removed the vendors they are able to take a random image and upload it to Walmarts system this is so scary and a horror for the customers then they tell me that they can’t issue me a refund until 48hours and I have to call back again Friday to fight to talk to a real person my son’s birthday is ruined I trusted Walmart I didn’t know they were using 3rd party vendors you can’t trust now I have no gifts and no money they only wanted to offer a 10$promo code after I send 45$ online which from now on I will only go into the store . And I also suggest that Walmart ask the delivery drivers for a PIN code like other deliveries do that way they person can’t fake the image they will have to have a unique PIN code you give them or that you have to sign for the package if not they should leave it at Walmart in a lockbox

First time at a Walmart with my husband in tow. The checkout guy was so friendly and chatty, which was really nice. I don't think the A-Z signs are the most intuitive, and they don't make it easy to find certain letters when a helper points you to one. We went in for moving supplies and it was confusing to have some boxes in the paper isle but the rest in storage 😅. We also picked up some bathroom stuff we needed to replace. Lots of range and good choices without being overpriced.

This Walmart has truly turned into a great place to shop. The store is exceptionally clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. You can really see the difference under the new management. Chris has done an outstanding job. Everything feels more orderly, well stocked, and cared for, which makes shopping so much more enjoyable. Huge kudos to Chris and the entire team for keeping the store in such great shape. I’m always happy to shop here!

had a disappointing experience in the electronics section at Walmart. Customer service was lacking, and it was difficult to get help when needed. The staff did not seem very attentive or welcoming, which made shopping for electronics frustrating. I expected better assistance and more knowledgeable support in this no trying to be racist but why has to be a black person as always this is the walmart by the the mall on 71 Broken Arrow

Allison, who helps to work in Jewelry department showed me exceptional friendliness and customer service. She helped me two days in a row to get the help I needed for a battery for my watch and expertly put in the new battery. She really is a great asset to the store.
