To the gentleman that wears a turbin and is pacing around in the self checkout area. Please stop touching my survey screen and making my survey show 100% satisfaction. U are spending fraudulent information. That is my survey to take after my experience.. not yours.

I went in to buy earbuds. When I couldn’t find them, I asked an employee for help. She showed me where they were and told me she would get someone with a key to unlock them; however, she left me there and did not return. After waiting for some time, I went to the back area where she had gone, but she was gone and no one responded. I then approached two young ladies who were chatting and playing on their phones and asked if they knew someone who could unlock the earbuds so I could make my purchase. The dark-haired lady walked away without saying anything to me. Confused, I asked the other young lady if she knew who could help. She told me that the person I had just spoken to was the manager and that she had gone to get someone to assist me. I explained that the manager had not said a word to me after I addressed her and had simply walked away. I then observed the manager on her phone. She returned, still did not acknowledge me, and began bagging items for a cashier who was already helping another customer. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. How do you hire people who refuse to communicate with customers and fail to provide basic service? Frustrated, we left.

I met up there to get some honey BBQ bobnless wings and I asked the worker at the deli if they were out and he says no amd hands me general tso chicken I went in to tell him amd he was rude saying that they didn't sell honey BBQ wings but I've bought them from this exact location multiple times

found the food and drinks I needed, and the team at the registers were friendly and kept things moving, not everything was fully stocked, but that’s normal these days

I come here all the time, I was harassed at the self check out, I don't steal no light went off or nothing of that sort, I was scanning my items and this lady comes up and starts looking in my cart I got a thing of bread, 1 gallon of lemonade, 2 sodas 2 bathroom tissues this black lady comes up and starts checking the prices and checking my cart as if I did something wrong. It was this most uncomfortable experience I've had at this walmart
