Be very careful at the Walmart Grocery at 5555 Michigan Rd, Indpls, IN at the checkout whether staff or self checkout. Twice I have have my purchased items taken. The first time the cashier rang up my case of coke and put it aside while I wasn’t looking (I had quite a few items) when I got home I noticed it was not in my bag. I go back and she looks at me and said oh did you leave something? Ok maybe a mistake (I honestly don’t believe that). Next time, self checkout, the staff monitoring causes an error to come up and when I asked her what the issue was she just grunted and looked at the customers across from me (I could tell she knew them) and bent down and dropped about 10 folded up receipts on the ground. While I am trying to figure out and help her pick up the receipts she dropped and find out what’s happening the customer across from me takes my gallon of milk. I figure this out when I get home because the milk is missing. The staff woman then says oh I don’t know why that messed up on the machine. They also use a little boy that’s with them to ask me a random question to distract. That is the second time at this store and lastly there is a cart at the front where supposedly people have forgotten their items that they paid for (I heard the staffers talking) and the next thing I see someone walks in to the store goes to one of the staffers and walks out with a cart full of those items that other people have paid for … something is going on with the staff and I believe they are stealing .. they will cause your self checkout to look like it’s malfunctioning but it’s part of the scam. I hope the managers will read this and pay attention to who they are hiring

Convenient and well-organized store with a good selection for everyday groceries. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is clean, easy to navigate, and usually well stocked. Staff are generally helpful, though checkout lines can get a bit long during peak hours. Overall, a reliable place for quick and hassle-free shopping.

Popped in for some water, friendly stocker put cars in my cart cause I caught him at the right time, nice location, self checkout working no troubles

The customers are the worse thing about this place. Inconsiderate, they park in no parking zones, and dress like the just rolled out of bed.

Walmart, I am writing this complaint to talk about how The self-checkout makes two beeps instead of one when you scan an item. It should be one beep for one item not two sorry for the inconvenience of this letter and please don't think I am a carrot 🥕 Great staff, very friendly!
