Just left after waiting 15 mins to speak with z manager I'm not sure one was actually coming, I am so over them treating their customers like they just a dollar to make. I stopped in after work since I work across the street, I wanted to purchase an e scooter to get back and forth to my job so I stopped in to check one, I see one that's on my price range great, last thing to do is check how much it is after taxes, shouldn't be an issue because I see an employee so I asked, she told me I had to take this huge box to a counter to know what the prices are after tax. So that's what I did I grabbed a cart I lugged it over a couple isles to the electronics desk where I encounter two other ladies working, I ask them about 5 times to be sure of the price after tax since I would have to walk home to grab the money which I did after taking the scooter back and putting it back on the shelf so it's not lost in some backroom when I get back, I walk home grab the cash and walk back I make it to the back of the store lug the scooter to the front of the store and I'm in line at least 20 mins maybe more, just to get to the register for her to scan the box and what do you know? I'm sure you can guess! They told me the wrong price and didn't include the tax after I asked them 5 times to tell me but instead of doing their job and scanning the box the first time they want to just guess and cause me to have to walk back home again just for the tax! At this point I'm furious and I walked back to the back I politely confronted the employee as to why they done this and her reply was oops sorry, that's it, so I said let me speak to a manager as she said she would be with me in a min, I waited around over 15 mins no one came I am furious! Don't give these ppl your money!

My over all experience today at Walmart was fun and enjoyable. All the employees were working very hard and were still able to be very polite and kind. The cleanliness was spot on! The restrooms were very cleaned and had toilet paper in the stalls which is always a blessing.

Check out lines are definitely too long! Customer Service is ok but most times the cashiers are talking with their co-workers and not paying attention to the customers to be able to answer questions let alone eye contact. Well stocked but I would drive to Fishers if I had more time.

Overall a well kept and clean store. Staff is pretty lackluster, lots of younger workers who are talking on their phone while stocking shelves and greeters that don’t seem fluent with English, making it kind of hard to get quick help with a question if you happen to have one while walking in. Customer service desk is generally jammed with a line and the typical customers I find myself shopping with most often are generally avoiding any kind of acknowledgement that anyone else is even in the store, isle, or check out line, at all. Don’t expect any excuse me, thank you, or you’re welcome type of vocabulary while you’re there from staff or other patrons. Otherwise, service, products, and location is pretty typical of an average Walmart.

Was having the WORST DAY trying to get money orders figured out for a new property I’m renting. I finally get to the only Walmart in town with a working money order machine, and of course my bank starts declining the transaction for suspected fraud, and AGAIN because the bank needed my limit increased. The nice person behind the counter stayed so patient and kind as I tried to figure it all out. They even let me use their phone charger so that I could call my bank. Truly the angel I needed today. Thank you so much. I wish I would’ve gotten their name.
