Broooo the display laptops were broken lmao. The employees are sooo unhelpful. Like you have to go on a whole search for someone because the call buttons don't work on locked items. You ask the employees for help and they stare at you like they didn't apply for this job. One time a lady was trying to fight some kids. Another time some dog shat on the floor. It's fun to go if you're not trying to be productive.

5/3/2026-We went to service desk today and what we thought would be a quick trip was not! There was one person working the service desk and the manager sat there eating her lunch as the line continued to get longer. Is there not a designated break room for employees? The manager also kept telling employee to take his break which he told her he'd only been there an hour! She told him take break or he won't get one! No wonder this location cannot keep staff! Praying things get better!

Managers and all night employees mostly are very rude, hateful and all the way around disrespectful, thought maybe they had a bad day but nope that's the atmosphere every time always and in every way possible they must hate their job,if so quit it's not the customers fault. Turning people away talking to people as if they aren't worth any respect don't care if they turn away customers on r not,they all raise their voices and yell as if they are drilling soldiers for battle.

We went 2 cash a check. They didn't cash it. So we opened an account at woodforest bank. It had a real nice experience. I got the good chicken as well. Yummy

This store is a nightmare. The shelves are often in complete disarray and not stocked. Employees act like you're a burden if you ask for help. Tried to enter tonight at 10:47 to grab some coffee pods. I was turned away at the door by two employees. They told me they were closed and refused entry. The one was sitting in a chair meant for disabled shoppers on her cell phone during the interaction. I go here out of convenience and necessity but will be sure to plan accordingly to not have to return.
