I had the worst experience I've ever had at this Walmart to the point where I will never shop at Walmart again. I ordered groceries before the snow storm and was given a 9pm pickup time. I get a text saying my order will be ready so I head to the Walmart after work. I arrive at 9:01 and receive another text saying now it's going to be ready at 9:20 so I wait. At 9:20 I get anothertextand my order now says canceled and it will take 10 days to get my money back. Frantic because I have a sick child and am trying to get food and medicine before the blizzard hits (15in of snow in one day) and the manager Chuks just laughs in my face thinks the whole thing is funny and has zero compassion just tells me they didn't have anything to do with it and I need to call corporate so I did and I got passed around for 4 hours to different departments nobody ended up helping me only told me that someone in the store canceled my order because they were out of everything (the store was completely full when I went in) and I had to call my bank the next day to let them know it was fraud charges and to stop the transaction because the manager Chuks actually ended up running my card for 76 dollars but didn't want to let me get my groceries. Absolutely horrible customer service and If I EVER see Chuks out in public he better run and hide because karma is coming for him. Anyways don't shop at Walmart especially this one it's trash go to Meijer.

The aisles are well arranged and kept neat. The cashiers are efficient and the self check out machines are enough for customers to use.

For the most\n Part most of the people are very friendly and are willing to help you when you need it. I shop here all the time. So I appreciate everyone that works there. They do their best to do their best. And I appreciate that

Manager Chris at Walmart on 5835 W 10th St truly stands out. His ability to connect with both customers and associates is impressive and speaks volumes about his leadership. The positive energy he brings is a great look for the store and does not go unnoticed. Awesome job, young man you’ve earned my respect and gratitude. Keep up the great work!

Even though 90% of the cashiers are rude or totally ignore you, it is convenient and they usually have exactly what I'm looking for. But the aisles are usually cluttered with skids of product. Grocery stores usually do the stock at night not during business hours where you have to move out of their way while they're pulling the skids to the aisles and not giving you the right away.
