I really hate going here. There is never many lines open there's always extremely long lines of customers. The produce section is mostly rotten food or empty. The pharmacy staff is fantastic. Just all around not a great Walmart

Went late on the night of new years. It was so peaceful, the isles were clear from stocking equipment,there weren't any long lines. The register attendant was very helpful and respectful. I felt lucky,lol.

There was only one open register and there was no line, so I decided to go to it and place my things on the belt. After my items were on the belt this lazy cashier turned her register light off and walked away from me without saying a word. I am appalled at how rude your employees are allowed to be. This store got rid of all the teenagers that don’t look up from their phones. Now, they have incompetent adults that don’t even want to work. I actually feel like I was racially discriminated against. I’ve been coming here for about a decade since the store opened & I have never been treated like this. She fully ignored my existence and walked out of her way to help another gentleman that wasn’t even checking out. A manager had to come check me out because Crystal wasn’t even mature enough to hold a conversation and address the conflict. Stop hiring people that are not qualified. I should’ve just used self checkout where Dominique was working. She is always sweet, kind, & helpful. She greets you with a smile and assists whenever needed. I wish Crystal was half as nice. I’m not comfortable returning to this store. The cost savings aren’t worth the emotional turmoil or extra time wasted. I will be returning to shop at Kroger. I’ll gladly pay more to be treated with decency. Please hire competent humans.

Very Very poor work ethics and unprofessional customer service with the employees at this location. If you're gonna lock certain items up, there should be an associate willing and available to open the cases. Kinda defeats the purpose of wearing smocks that say " HAPPY TO HELP" when clearly they are not and that's a big fat lie!!!

This store is full of necessities and great finds. I visited twice and it was also full of people. It may be wise to order delivery or curbside service. They have a salon and optometrist on site. The cashier who assisted me was under 18 and unable to scan alcohol by law. She asked another associate to help her by scanning it, and the associate told her no. She then sat my wine to the side and handed it back after the transaction and told us to go to customer service where I waited in line a second time. When this info was relayed to customer service, there was nothing offered as a solution or otherwise. Three stars due to poor customer service
