I really like Walmart’s pickup option because it saves so much time and makes shopping a lot less stressful. Ordering through the Walmart app is simple, and the curbside pickup process is super convenient when you are busy. Most of the time, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful, they greet you with a smile, confirm your order quickly, and carefully load everything into your car. It is clear the staff works hard to keep things moving and make customers feel taken care of. What stands out most is how patient and kind the pickup associates are, especially during busy hours. Even when the store is packed, they stay professional and courteous. The pickup service has definitely made grocery shopping easier for me, and the people working there deserve a lot of credit for creating such a positive experience.

I'm about done with Walmart. Not only am I not getting a couple of gifts on time... I ordered them 10 days ago but now may not get them before Xmas. Now, I'm waiting for my grocery order to be delivered...I placed the order abt 4am to be delivered between 1and 3pm. About 2:30 I had a message that my order would be delivered abt 4:10pm. Then, at 4:01 got another message that it would be delayed, but no time frame. I called Cust Svc, which is now answered by AI instead of a person. The best answer I could get was that my order would be delivered within 48 hours!!! If I didn't need my groceries for a couple of days, I would've waited a couple of days to place my order!!! Tried calling the store directly, but when the robot connected me to someone that could help me, it just rang & rang for 2 or 3 mins before a man's recorded message said they're experiencing a high call volume & to try calling later. Several attempts & 4 hrs later, I'm still getting the same message. I don't know if they didn't have any drivers today or what the issue is, but I'm getting to the point of boycotting them...ordering my groceries from Kroger or Meijer delivery svc, and anything else I need I'll be ordering through Amazon, even though I've been avoiding them due to their connections to our current government. I'm 72 yrs old, disabled & can't go pick up anymore. My groceries are usually on time...my bread may be squished, a plastic container may be cracked open, and any substitutions may not have been what I would've chosen, but I've never complained about them in any reviews. Very frustrated & furious 😡 Update: At 9:16 received msg that delivery would be at 9:40, map showed driver in meridian hills ares. At 9:35 msg said due at 9:57, but driver still at same location. 9:45 msg now says due at 10:10. 10:02 says due 10:13, 9 mins away and driver now near Children's Museum. About 10:21, driver knocks on door, hands me bags, etc, as she was leaving I realized I had no frozen items...should've been 5 items. She double checked her car, came back & said that was all they gave her for my order. I then clicked to give feedback about delivery, selected items I didn't receive, getting a refund. I asked that it be refunded back.to my payment method, as I didn't know how long it would be before I order from them again. Still frustrated & mad! 😠

I dared to ask for help at this store picking out a swimsuit. Instead of receiving help and support like a good employee should do, i was met with ridicule and mistreatment. Maggie, an employee on the larger side kept making passive aggressive comments towards my weight and scars. She continuously refused to help me due to her reason and i quote "swim suits aren't your thing." I hope and pray this woman changes for the better, but be warned, If you weigh above 100 pounds, maybe choose another place to shop at! I cannot believe a trusted company could hire someone like this. How rude..

It's always super crowded; maybe that's why they call it a "Super" center! I will say, however, that there is lots to choose from throughout the store. The shelves are usually fully stocked, and the store is clean. It's probably best to arrive early in the morning or before 1:00PM, any later, and you'll wait in ridiculously long lines. They probably have two or three cashiers on at any given time. I find that I move through the store more easily late at night, like just before closing time, and I use self checkout. The clothing selection is top tier, but Walmart is NOT cheap, contrary to popular belief. Bargains can be found if you have time to browse (like the $5 DVD bins), etc. Hopefully, they hire more people to move the lines of customers along more smoothly.

Have tried for multiple days just to get someone to answer the phone. They will either let it ring until a message comes on saying they can’t answer or just hang up on you. I have always tried different hours throughout the day and same result. I don’t get how a company can be so unprofessional.
